Fees

Access MD is a family practice clinic. Your current insurance, or Medicare, coverage is used for office, nursing home, hospital, and home visits. The annual fee is paid for those items so specified under Services.

For the first person in the family the annual cost is $750.  For each additional immediate family member the annual cost is $250.  This fee can be paid on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis.
